At Kindred we provide mums with a safe, nurturing space in which to prepare for labour & birth, and also connect with other mums to be on their pregnancy journey.

They say it takes a village, and we believe this couldn't be more true.

Pregnancy Yoga will support your health and well-being on so many levels throughout your pregnancy, and is an excellent way to nourish yourself and your growing baby. We will use breathing techniques, movement & asana, relaxation practices, to both build strength and also allow relaxation for you and your beautiful baby.

Classes are designed to ease common pregnancy aches & pains and are suitable from 14 weeks and for all levels of experience.


These classes offer such a lovely way to meet fellow mums to be, in a relaxed, supportive, community space.

* It is not necessary to have previous yoga experience to attend. For many, it might be the first time practicing yoga. We offer variations to suit where you are at... in experience, trimesters, and energy levels on the day.
