Rest - Nourish - Restore
A beautiful practice of Restorative Yoga to nourish the mind and body, and bring deep rest to the HEART.
During these 2 hour workshops, props, blankets and cushions will support you as you explore the beauty of longer holds, in this floor based practice.
Restorative yoga is a slow and gentle practice which initiates deep relaxation of the body, mind and spirit, and allows the body to heal. It enables us to drop down into the parasympathetic nervous system, the place where the body can heal and renew itself fully.
Immerse yourself in the deeply nourishing and therapeutic benefits of rest, indulging your senses with soulful sounds and heavenly scents as we soothe the nervous system and sink into blissful relaxation. Enjoy the support of gentle, massage assists to further allow the body release into each pose.
