Aoife Burns
Aoife completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Green Lotus Yoga in Gort and most recently her 300-hour training with Yogmantra in Bali.
With a background in the love of sports, she first found yoga during lockdown and quickly fell in love with how it supports flexibility, mobility, and brings calm to the mind.
Aoife’s classes are a mix of flowing movement and gentle grounding. She loves creating space for people to move mindfully, build strength, and soften—always with a focus on breath, ease, and finding what feels good in your body.
