The Dream…
Founder of Kindred, Katie B has been in the professional training world for over 20 years. Having trained professionally for many years in Dance and Musical Theatre from a young age in both Ireland and the Uk, 1000’s of hours of Yoga Teacher Trainings from experienced, world class trainers, various other somatic and movement modalities, breath work and voice trainings to name a few.
Katie understands the importance of high quality trainings and also that a welcoming space providing support and a nurturing environment are essential to having the best experience possible.
With this in mind, Katie has dreamt for many years of high quality trainings coming to Sligo, and was a huge part in the creation journey of Kindred when the physical studio space finally became a reality in 2021.
Being able to actually facilitate the first Yoga Teacher Trainings in Strandhill itself was just a dream come true.😍
All our trainings in 2025 are led by Experienced Senior Yoga Teachers & Trainers, who Katie has complete trust in to offer the best trainings possibles and hold space in a supportive way to allow you to learn, grow, connect and also have fun.

Cancellation policy
Weekly Studio classes: Cancellations must be done 12 hours prior to class start time, through our booking system. Cancellations after this time will still be charged. Cancellations must be made through our booking system Momence. Cancellations/Amendments sent in by email/Social Media are not valid and you will still be charged.
Workshops/Events/Retreats/Courses/Trainings: We do not offer refunds or credit for workshops, events, courses, retreats or trainings. All purchases are final. However, if you can no longer attend, you may transfer your space for free to another person by emailing hello@kindredstudios.ie at least 24 hours prior to the event start time.
