All classes must be prebooked. Book through our schedule on our website.

Studios open 15 minutes before class start time. Please arrive no later than 5 minutes before class start time.

Yes, we have a variety of class passes and memberships. Please visit our Pricing page to learn more and purchase.

Just yourself and a bottle of water to stay hydrated. :)

We have all the props you need available to use in studio. You are more than welcome to bring your own props and equipment.

All classes are suitable for all levels, however some classes are faster paced than others.

Our teachers will support you by offering modifications and adjustments as needed.

We do offer guidelines on our class description page so that you can find the best class that suits your own level of physical fitness.

No, we are a multi-purpose space with a vast variety of classes. For example we have classes in Pilates, Meditation, Barre, Breath Work, Qigong, Dance, Prenatal classes, Postnatal classes, Mobility, Yoga and Physio Led classes.

Yes. We have so many exciting things happening in this space.

We have Yoga workshops, Women’s Circles, Sacred Song and Cacao Circles, workshops and trainings. You will notice, that while from time to time we may have visiting guest teachers, Kindred really wants to open the space for our own community of teachers to bring their own workshops and trainings to you.

If pregnant, we recommend joining our prenatal classes.

If you do have a strong, regular practice with a teacher at Kindred, please get in touch and we can chat about the appropriate options for you.

We ask that you please do not book in and arrive to our general classes when pregnant without chatting to us first, especially if it is your first visit to Kindred.🙏

Children 12 years or over are welcome to join classes with a parent/guardian. From 16 years old, they are welcome solo.

For younger children, Kids classes are coming soon.

No, we do not have childminding facilities at this time.

Children are not to be unsupervised in any of the Kindred spaces.

Currently we have Reflexology, Acupuncture, Reiki, Ayurvedic Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Cupping, Rahanni Healing, Walking Massage, Physiotherapy, Swedish Massage, Shamanic Healing, Bodywork, and Gua Sha Facial Massage at Kindred.

Kindred is open 7 days a week, with morning, lunchtime and evening classes.

Additional Workshops, retreats, teacher trainings and special events are usually on weekends.

Treatments & Therapies are available Mon - Sat.

Please pre-book your classes and appointments.

Yes, we have free parking available on site.

We ask at this time that if you are not feeling well, that you do not attend class. We’ll still be here for you when you feel better.

Please cancel 12 hours before class start time.

Cancellations must be done 8hours prior to class start time, through our booking system. Cancellations after this time will still be charged.

If a class is cancelled by the studio for any reason, you will be credited to your Kindred studio account.

In the unusual event that a refund to your bank is offered, this will be done minus 10% to cover card, booking and admin fees.

We do not offer refunds or credit for workshops, courses, events, retreats or trainings. All purchases are final.

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your space to another person by emailing hello@kindredstudios.ie at least 24 hours prior to the event start time.

If a workshops, courses, events, retreats or training is cancelled by the studio for any reason, you will be credited to your Kindred studio account.

In the unusual event that a refund to your bank is offered, this will be done minus 10% to cover card, booking and admin fees.

First of all… it does work 😊

We offer a wait list option to join if a class/event is fully booked. You will be notified by email if you have secured a place, up to 2 hours before a class/event begins. After this time, if a space comes free it will be available to book on our booking system - first come first serve.

*Please note that being on the wait list, does not secure a place in class/event. We advise against travelling to the studio without a confirmed booking in to any class or event.🙏

Please carefully choose your Kindred memberships as these are non refundable or transferable.🙏

- Hand sanitisers can be found in all areas.

- All studios, and reception are well ventilated and with high ceilings it’s perfect for plenty of fresh air circulating through.
